These Terms govern your access to and use of MindAscendPro’s website, circles, mentoring, recordings, and related resources (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: 06 Oct 2025.
We provide learning content and guided practice for awareness and steady attention. Materials may include live sessions, recordings, written guides, and templates. Availability and features may evolve.
You are responsible for accurate registration data and safeguarding access credentials. If you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
Charges, billing cycles, applicable taxes, and add-ons are shown at checkout or in your order. Invoices are payable per stated terms. If payment fails, we may pause access until resolved.
Do not misuse the Services, disrupt operations, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful content. You are responsible for your conduct and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
You retain rights to materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to process such materials solely to deliver the Services, including storage, transmission, and display within your account and live sessions.
Each party must protect the other party’s non-public information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
We may maintain, update, or change features. We aim for consistent operation and provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
Cancellation: You may cancel any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds: Prepaid amounts are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of full calendar months after cancellation, excluding (a) delivered sessions or materials, (b) one-time setup or custom work, and (c) add-ons already provided. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where feasible.
Post-Cancellation Access: Access ends at the close of the billing period. On request, we provide available notes and downloadable materials subject to rights and third-party limits.
We retain rights to our content, formats, and templates. You receive a limited license to use materials for personal or internal purposes during an active subscription. Public redistribution requires prior written permission.
Services are for learning and reflection. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or accounting advice. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to a claim.
